Return Form

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly accept a return up to 14 days from the receipt of your purchase. In order to do so, please fill in the form below, making sure that:

1. you use the same email you used when placing your order;
2. you insert the complete order number (which you can find in your order confirmation email you have received);
3. you choose one of the following reasons for your returns:
   • I wish to return a product that I am not satisfied with, in terms of size or colour.
   • I wish to return a product that I bought by mistake.
   • I wish to return a product that I am not satisfied with in general but is completely functional.
   • I wish to return a product that is different from the one I ordered.
   • I wish to return a product that arrived damaged or defective.
   • Other (please specify).

We will get back to you via email within five working days with instructions on how to proceed to return your product(s).
